RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Our goal is customer’s satisfaction. If, for any reason, customer is not completely satisfied with the item purchased, item may be return within 15 days with the original manufacturer’s packaging. Any defective item has 30 days to return for replacement or refund. Centerfire Depot will cover the return shipping cost back to the client. Customer must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Restricted items return policy will depending on malfunction or defective. Restricted items purchased mistakenly or without the knowledge of US federal, state, and/or local laws or restrictions will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Return or exchange restrictions may apply to the following:
- 80% Lowers Receivers
- Items that have been damaged by wrongful application or use
- Some restricted items
- Items that are not in New condition (used, worn, broken, mounted, etc.)
- If an item is part of a kit, the entire kit must be return
- If kit includes an item not eligible for return, exchange will be process but no refund
ORDER CANCELLATION
We know sometimes we have unfortunate plan changes, or we just change our mind. Costumer must contact us within 24hrs from the time order was submitted. Customer’s payment provider may take up to 15 days to return the founds to account.
