Regulations and Product Restrictions Policy
We have items with restriction for sale in USA, by federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations. These items may be restricted only to US military, Law Enforcement, Correctional Personnel, Security Guards, Pace Officers, and other authorized users.
Centerfire Depot try to keep updated on current laws and regulations. Please note that US Federal, state, and local laws and regulations are subject to change and are complex. Anything posted on our website regarding laws or regulations can never be taken as a “LEGAL” advice or counseling for purchase or use of any item. We advise all our customers to consult with an attorney that can guide you on your interests. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn, know, and follow any law and regulation to use, carry, possession, purchase, and own any item before placing your order. Please check our Return Policy for any item mistakenly or unknowledge ordered with limited regulation.
Regulated items by US federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations may include gun parts, gun accessories, lasers, tools, knives, armor, and some other listed items on our website. We will require documentation on any restricted items. Acceptable documents include but not limited to department or institution letterhead purchase order, official identification, certifications, and/or any type of documentation that may confirm credentials or certifications to be able to purchase a restricted item. Centerfire Depot reserves the right to require any documentation that ensure compliance with any applicable law and regulation. We also, reserve the right to require user information and/or compliance certification forms from any customer.
The purchase of any restricted items certifies that (1) customer has reviewed all US federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations on the use, possession, purchase, and/or own the restricted items; (2) Customer is legal to use possess, purchase, and/or own the restricted item; (3) item(s) is not indented to be transferred by customer; (4) item(s) will be used for lawful purposes only, absolutely no criminal association, group, enterprise, and/or activities; (5) Customer is at least 21 years old, or of legal age for any item according to applicable law or regulation; (6) There is no disability on customer with will prevent the use, possessing, purchasing, owning, and/or transferring the item(s); (7) customer has read, understands, and agrees to our policies, US federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations; and (8) customer accepts that any wrongful use, purchased, possession, or own of any item(s) that we sell or that are part of our brand is 100% the customer’s responsibility and Centerfire Depot does not own any liability or responsibility for any wrongful use.
Centerfire Depot is not responsible for any claims relating to modification, application, assembly, infringement, or unlawful use of the item(s). Any claim relating to customer’s purchase of any of our products shall be settled by arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association in accordance with Commercial Arbitration Rules. Venue for any legal dispute or arbitration must be done in City of Ontario, California and in no other venue or forum. California’s laws shall apply to all transactions.
Return and Cancellation Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Our goal is customer’s satisfaction. If, for any reason, customer is not completely satisfied with the item purchased, item may be return within 15 days with the original manufacturer’s packaging. Any defective item has 30 days to return for replacement or refund. Centerfire Depot will cover any shipping cost for returns. Customer must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Restricted items return policy will depending on malfunction or defective. Restricted items purchased mistakenly or without the knowledge of US federal, state, and/or local laws or restrictions will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Return or exchange restrictions may apply to the following:
- 80% Lowers Receivers
- Items that have been damaged by wrongful application or use
- Some restricted items
- Items that are not in New condition (used, worn, broken, mounted, etc.)
- If an item is part of a kit, the entire kit must be return
- If kit includes an item not eligible for return, exchange will be process but no refund
ORDER CANCELLATION
We know sometimes we have unfortunate plan changes, or we just change our mind. Costumer must contact us within 24hrs from the time order was submitted. Customer’s payment provider may take up to 15 days to return the founds to account.
Purchases and Shipping Policy
PURCHASES
- Customer must be at least 21 years old to be able to navigate and purchase items on our website.
- Purchases must be submitted through our website. In the event of our website not working properly, you can contact customer service to place an order.
- Restricted or items that require customers to submit documentation will be put on hold until documentation has been cleared. Customer has 24hrs to submit any documentation. If any documentation is missing and not submitted on corresponding time, order will get cancelled.
- All payment information is encrypted via SSL during checkout and processed through authorized.net for customers’ safe shopping experience
- We currently take Master Card and Visa only
- Items might become out of stock without further notice. If a customer place an order and item is out of stock, customer service representative will contact to offer a replacement, back-order, or cancel the order.

SHIPPING
- In-stock items will be processed and ship within 1-2 business days. Centerfire Depot offers shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- FREE SHIPPING applies to orders with total of $49.99 or more before taxes.
- Some products require shipping to an FFL
